LAKE POINTE MASTER PLANNED COMMUNITY
Travis County, Texas

Mr. Garcia served as the land planner for this 600-acre new community in Travis County in the Village of Bee Cave. The ten year plan for the project included entitlements for approximately 900 residential units, a village commercial center, an elementary school, a network of trails, nature preserves, and three parks. The design was integrated with the hilly topography and distant views of lake Austin and the Hill Country.

 

AVERY RANCH MASTER PLANNED COMMUNITY
Austin, Texas

Mr. Garcia served as project manager and planner for this 1600- acre new community in Williamson County. The twenty year plan for the project includes entitlements for up to 5500 residential units, 2.9 million square feet of commercial, a golf course, a hike/bike trail which connects the three cities of Austin, Round Rock, and Cedar Park, a transit site, a church, two schools, nature preserves, five parks, and a village center.

 

BOHLS RANCH VILLAGE
Village of Bee Cave, Texas

Mr. Garcia served as project manager, planner, and landscape architect for this unique 24-acre new commercial development, which is intended to reflect the history, nature and character of Central Texas. Theme shops and restaurants reflecting Texas foods, cultures, and architectural traditions have been developed on this site. The project is located on a portion of the Bohls family homestead in what is now western Travis County.
